FOTONA EndoTight Laser Lipolysis and Skin Tightening.

We are excited to begin offering a new service with our well-known and reputable, results delivering, Fotona Dynamis Laser. We call it Endotight and it can be used on many areas of the body but we focus primarily on the face and neck. 

EndoTight, also known as laser lipolysis and skin tightening are cosmetic procedures used to remove excess fat and improve the appearance of the skin. Laser lipolysis involves the use of laser energy and a fiber optic cannula to heat and melt unwanted fat in targeted areas of the body. The liquefied fat is then removed through a small incision or allowed to be naturally eliminated by the body.

Skin tightening is often combined with laser lipolysis to improve the overall results. This procedure uses laser energy to stimulate collagen production, which helps to tighten and firm the skin. The laser heats the deep layers of the skin, causing the collagen fibers to contract and tighten over time. This can lead to smoother, firmer skin with improved texture and tone.
