What is PRP She-Shot?
The She-Shot is a simple, nonsurgical procedure that uses the growth factors each woman has in her own body to stimulate vaginal and clitoral rejuvenation to activate the orgasm system. The She-Shot procedure begins by numbing the areas to be treated with a local anesthetic cream. With the areas properly numbed the patient will experience little to no discomfort during the procedure.
With a simple blood draw and then using a proprietary technique, platelets are separated and concentrated. The Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP), containing growth factors extracted from your blood, is then injected into an area near the clitoris and into the area of the upper vagina that is most important for the sexual response. The practitioner injects the PRP into a collection of structures that activates the orgasm system. The process of injecting triggers the platelets to release growth factors that then activate the unipotent stem cells located in the vaginal and clitoral tissues causing them to regenerate and thus become "younger" with improved functional potential.
Women often enjoy some effects of the She-Shot almost immediately, as the growth factors begin to rejuvenate and enhance the sexual response. Women receiving the She-Shot procedure have reported an increase in their sexual response within days and weeks of the treatment.
Benefits of the She-Shot:
· Increased sexual desire.
· Greater arousal from clitoral stimulation
· A tighter introitus (Vaginal opening)
· More frequent orgasm
· Stronger orgasm
· Increased natural lubrication.
· Younger, smoother skin on the vulva (lips of the vagina)

What is PRP He-Shot?
The He-Shot is designed to deliver lasting improvements in sexual performance to men, especially those who have lost function from various causes.
The He-Shot procedure begins with a quick and easy blood draw. Then, using a proprietary technique, the growth factors are extracted from your blood and concentrated into the Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP). PRP is then placed into areas of the penis that are most important for the sexual response. These areas are numbed with a powerful local anesthetic cream before treatment, reducing to little or no discomfort during the procedure.
Because platelet rich plasma contains many growth and healing factors as well as regenerative abilities, it stimulates healing and rejuvenation in the penis. The resulting benefits typically include tissue growth that increases the growth of new blood vessels which improves circulation within the penis resulting in stronger erections, increased sensation, pleasure and enhanced sexual performance. Because the treatment uses the patient’s own blood-derived plasma, it is non-allergenic and free of harmful side effects.
Benefits of the He-Shot:
· Increases blood flow and circulation.
· Increases firmness of erection.
· Increases sensation and pleasure.
· Increases sexual stamina.
· Improved sexual capabilities.
· Enhanced appearance

When looking for a full and effective approach for ED treatment the perfect combination is FOTONA Laser ED treatment, PRP and Stem Cells Injections.
This 360° approach involves a total of three PRP injections, 5 FOTONA treatments (once a week) and one stem cells injection. The first PRP injection which will contain additional stem cells is done on the first day of treatment and the Stem cells will stay active in the injected area for approximately 120 days. The second PRP injection is done at 30 days than the following and final PRP injection is done at 60 days.
What is FOTONA ED Treatment?
The FOTONA laser treatment is a combination of heat and light that will promote the creation of new blood vessels within the cavernosum of the penis which are responsible for erection. The cavernosum of the penis are two long cylinder-shaped tubes of tissue that typically contains thousands of tiny blood vessels. During arousal, these blood vessels fill will blood and cause the penis to become erect. With disease processes and age these blood vessels can become hardened and not able to expand to receive blood. The Fotona treatment helps to create new blood vessels within the cavernosum thereby assisting with erection of the penis.
What are stem cells?
Stem cells are the body's raw materials — cells from which all other cells with specialized functions are generated. Under the right conditions in the body stem cells divide to form more cells called daughter cells.
In recent years, several groups have worked to develop stem cell therapy as a cure for erectile dysfunction. After isolating the stem cells, they are injected into the corpus cavernosum area of the penis. This is an ambulatory procedure so the patient can return home the same day.
After 6 months of the treatment patients usually have recovered sufficient erectile function to achieve sexual activity and oftentimes is maintained for years indicating that this treatment may confer long-term benefits.

For many years, the medical world has used medication to improve blood vessel circulation in the penis. These medications include papaverine, phentolamine, and prostaglandin E1 — Trimix is a mixture of all three of these drugs. Scientists have found that these drugs can induce a penile erection when injected directly into the penis. Since 1983, these erectile dysfunction injections have gained acceptance across the globe. The FDA approved vasodilator Prostaglandin E1 for ED treatment in 1995.
Medications like Viagra, Cialis, or Levitra do not work for every man dealing with erectile dysfunction and for those whom it does work, there can often be many side effects (i.e. headache, nasal congestion, etc) that make it unbearable to enjoy sexual activity. However, penile injection therapy is another viable option. Think of the injection as Viagra that only affects the penis locally without all the bad, full body side effects. The thought of injecting a needle into your penis may sound intimidating but know that the needle is an insulin needle, tiny (about the size of a hair) and short (5/16”). 70 percent of men are highly satisfied with this therapy and easily inject themselves immediately prior to sexual activity without any difficulty at all.
For this treatment plan we do the first injection here in our office. There are several reasons for this office visit. First, there are thousands of available dosages, so we need to make sure that we get the client the right dose. (An erection that lasts longer than 4 hours can cause permanent tissue damage and we don’t want that.) Second, we need to educate the client on how and where to do the injection. The injection needs to be done into the cavernosum of the penis or the medication will be ineffective. The injection can only be done once in every 24-hour period.
