JOHN STEVENS, MS, RN, NP-C, ANP-BC BACKGROUND John Stevens was born and raised in western Kansas. The initial years of his medical career were spent in the critical care and surgical units of academic hospitals where he gained extensive experience in cardiovascular ICU and trauma. He was called from the Army Reserves in 1990 where he served as a trauma nurse in Operation Desert Storm. John has held nearly every position in nursing, ranging from staff nurse to director of nursing. John founded deNovo Medical Group in 1996 and has utilized his extensive management experience to make the practice one of the most recognized anti-aging facilities in the country. He is a highly respected medical aesthetics practitioner, providing training to medical professionals on behalf of many of the largest companies in laser resurfacing, injectable fillers and anti-aging therapies. MEDICAL TRAINING Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing, St. Mary of The Plains College; Master of Science degree, Texas Woman’s University; currently pursuing Doctorate of Nursing Practice, University of Missouri at Kansas City.
