Neil H. Saretsky, MD is a native of Michigan and has resided in Dallas since 1974. After graduating with honors from the University of Michigan Medical School, Dr. Saretsky completed five years of General Surgery training at Southwestern Medical School/Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas. He became Board Certified in General Surgery and then completed two more years of additional training in Plastic, Cosmetic, and Reconstructive Surgery.
